At a high level, they're known for being a relationship-driven builder with a hands-on approach, working closely with clients from early concept through completion to manage cost, schedule, and overall project execution.Job DescriptionSupport the preconstruction team in budgeting, estimating, and proposal development across multiple projectsAssist in preparing detailed cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid packagesCoordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather pricing and project informationHelp analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify scope gaps or risksSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive and accurate pricingMaintain and update cost databases, historical pricing, and project benchmarksParticipate in value engineering efforts to optimize cost, schedule, and constructabilityAssist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and conceptual budgetsSupport project handoff to operations by ensuring all preconstruction documentation is complete and accurateMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
