The Goddard School in Springboro is seeking responsible, dependable, motivated and caring individual for an Assistant Teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten program. Our facility is a state-of-the-art 20,000 sq. ft. building with 10 classroom, half court gym, gross motor room and 3 separate playgrounds.

Job requirements include following state and Goddard regulations:
- Successful classroom management using developmentally appropriate practices.
- Working with lead teacher to implement lesson plans in academic and enrichment subject areas, parent communication, and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing classroom environment.Â
- Candidates should be able to lift 20 pounds, sustain high level of activity, bend, stoop and sit on the floor.Â
- Candidate must have at least 1 year of working in a preschool or group environment and having a CDA Credential is a plus.Â
- Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, creativity, strong work ethic, positive energy and enthusiasm about early childhood education.Â
