We’re seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily production, maintain equipment, and minimize downtime. This role is responsible for leading mechanical maintenance efforts across motors, conveyors, and production systems while driving safety, efficiency, and performance on the floor.

Job Details

What You’ll Do

Support the Plant Manager in organizing plant operations and hitting daily production goals
Schedule routine equipment inspections to reduce downtime
Use lean tools to lead continuous improvement and reduce costs without hurting safety or quality
Own the plant’s Continuous Improvement and R&M budgets
Set and track safety, quality, service and cost metrics, and act on the trends
Respond to customer complaints and lead root cause analysis
Help manage staffing, training, performance reviews, discipline and hiring, with HR
Keep communication open between the plant and other departments

What You Bring

Progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment, including 5+ years managing a large department
Continuous improvement and Lean experience
Exposure to HOP (Human and Organizational Performance) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong organization and project management skills, plus Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license
