Summary of Role
The Assistant Plant Manager is responsible for helping to direct and manage the efficient operations of the Chaseburg Creamery.
The Assistant Plant Manager works to assist the Plant Manager in providing operational oversight with a strong emphasis on personnel safety, food safety, and food quality.
Success is measured by improvement of personnel and food safety metrics, while also improving productivity, quality metrics and increasing the operator''s sense of ownership of systems.
This role promotes collaboration and teamwork within and between production, maintenance, and quality staff as well as others to foster motivation, increased productivity, and ensure the highest level of customer service. This is a safety sensitive role.

Base salary wage range: $80,641.60 - $100,817.60 per year.
This salary wage range is exclusive of fringe benefits. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses. If you are hired at CROPP, your final base salary wage compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that entry-level candidates to this role should expect to be at the lower end of the salary wage range and hiring at the maximum of the salary wage range is not typical.
