Duties/Responsibilities
Assist Head Track Coach with the following
Coaching pole vault
Conduct daily workouts and practices
Attend all practices and outdoor track meets
Supervise and instruct student-athletes during all team activities
Prepare the track facility for all home meets
Promote balanced achievement in all areas of school life for student-athletes
Communicate effectively with parents, students, and school administrators
Motivate athletes
Assist in building the outdoor track program and plan for its future
Qualifications
CPR / First Aid Training, Fundamentals of Coaching Training, Health and Safety for Coaches, and Concussion Training preferred
Complete orientation through human resources including fingerprinting and background checks
