Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the business
• Assist with team leadership and scheduling
• Coordinate daily operational activities and projects
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors
• Help resolve customer issues and concerns
• Coordinate and oversee warranty repairs
• Maintain high standards of customer service and quality
• Monitor job progress and production performance
• Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to company expectations
• Work closely with management and field teams to identify and resolve operational issues
• Assist management in achieving company goals and improving overall operational performance
