Are you an experienced janitorial operations leader who knows how to build strong teams, maintain high service standards, and keep complex operations running smoothly?

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager – Commercial Cleaning to help lead our operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands commercial janitorial services, can effectively manage teams, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to clients.

The Assistant Operations Manager will partner closely with operational leadership to oversee staffing, quality, safety, training, labor management, and client expectations. The right candidate will be comfortable leading from the front and stepping in alongside the team when operational needs require it.

Previous janitorial management experience is required.

What You'll Do

As the Assistant Operations Manager, you'll help oversee daily operations and ensure our teams consistently deliver safe, clean, and high-quality environments for our clients.

Safety, Equipment & Compliance

  • Ensure team members work safely and comply with company policies, OSHA requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations

  • Monitor equipment condition, preventative maintenance, replacements, and inventory

  • Ensure cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies are properly maintained and available

  • Reinforce company policies, procedures, and expectations outlined in the employee handbook
