Description
What We Offer:
- Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours, 4, 10-Hour shifts flexible hours, Nights. every other weekend leadership call
- Department: Adult Psych Unit
- Title: Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM)- provides clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level.
- Location: Forsyth Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC
- Education:
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.
- BSN, preferred.
- Graduate Degree, preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred.
- Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
- NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
- Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications.
- Additional Skills (required):
- Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
