Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily OR operations, staffing, and patient flow.
• Lead, coach, and develop OR nursing staff.
• Support regulatory and survey readiness.
• Improve patient satisfaction, workflow, and departmental efficiency.
• Assist the Nurse Manager with scheduling, reporting, and administrative duties.
• Serve as a clinical and operational resource for the surgical team.

Required Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Active Maryland RN license.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• 2+ years of Operating Room nursing experience.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
