    Job Description

    We are seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for a leading medical center in Portland, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operating Room RN looking to advance into a leadership role within a supportive and collaborative environment.

    The ANM supports the Unit Director/Manager in planning, organizing, and evaluating perioperative services while ensuring excellence in patient care and operational performance during the evening shift.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee operations across 27 active operating rooms.

    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

    • Implement and monitor best practices in surgical safety and quality.

    • Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN or higher).

    • Active Oregon RN License (or eligibility prior to start date).

    • BLS American Heart Association.

    • Minimum 3 years of Operating Room RN experience in an acute care hospital.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Recent clinical experience in acute care.

    • Charge Nurse or Relief Charge Nurse background.

    • Leadership and Shared Governance experience.
