Position Summary: The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is a professional Registered Nurse who reports to the unit director/manager. The ANM utilizes the nursing process to manage clinical and operational activities during the assigned shift, supporting the director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating unit services. The ANM also provides managerial presence and leadership across all shifts. Oversee operations of 27 operating rooms.
Collaborate with multiple departments to enhance patient care and surgical outcomes.
Implement and maintain best practices in surgical procedures and patient safety.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing (BS or BSN).
Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room RN experience in an acute care hospital setting.
Current Oregon Registered Nurse License prior to start date.
National Provider BLS certification at hire (American Heart Association).
Preferred Qualifications:
Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital.
