This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) with leadership experience and a passion for developing teams, improving patient outcomes, and advancing exceptional cancer care.
Position Highlights
As the Assistant Nurse Manager, you will partner with the Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership and support a high-performing oncology nursing team. This role provides direct leadership on off-shifts and weekends while promoting excellence in patient care, staff engagement, and operational performance.
