- Status: Full Time
- Shift: 12:45 PM - 1:15 AM
- Every other weekend requirement
- On Call: No
- Always in person

Requirements:
- RN (Registered Nurse) License
- Bachelor's degree or Higher in Nursing
- 2-year experience in the emergency department preferred -1 year Leadership
- BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- ACLS certification with the American Heart Association
- PALS certification with the American Heart Association
The Assistant Nurse Manager - responsibilities and skills:
- Proficient in the area of patient population utilizing effective management skills
- Supports the Nurse Manager in a capacity while managing team members and patient care issues
- Ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process
- Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information
