Baptist Downtown is hiring an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Flex Float team. This is a full-time day shift opportunity, 40 hrs/wk.

Assistant Nurse Manager, Job Responsibilities:

• Assists the Nurse Manager with unit/area operations
• Works closely with the direct care staff during their shift to deliver quality patient care
• Is an expert clinical resource
• Facilitates the admission, transfer and discharge flow
• Takes a lead role in implementing changes
• Supports and coaches staff development
• Makes shift to shift patient care assignments

Experience Requirements:

• 2 Years ICU or ED Nursing Experience required.

Education & Credential Requirements:

• Associate of Science Degree, Nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
