BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to join our outstanding and compassionate team at St. Anthony's Hospital in St. Petersburg!

Status: Full-Time, Exempt: Yes
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Weekend Work: Occasional
On Call: Yes
The Assistant Nurse Manager:
Is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills.
Is responsible for supporting the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring , counseling and terminating process.
Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Certifications and Licensures:
BLS (Basic Life Support)

Required Education:
Bachelor's in Nursing
Experience:
2 year RN in an Acute, Post-Acute, or Sub-Acute Setting
