SUMMARY OF POSITION: Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Athletics and the Head Men's and Women's Swim Coach at Converse University, the Assistant Men's and Women's Swim Coach implements and helps manage all phases of a competitive Men's and Women's Swimming program in accordance with NCAA, Conference Carolinas, and Converse University regulations through a courteous, helpful, unbiased and professional manner.ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Assistant Men's and Women's Swim Coach helps provide overall management, guidance, and strategy development for the Men's and Women's Swimming program. The Assistant Men's and Women's Swim Coach will help implement and manage all phases of a competitive Division II program in accordance with NCAA, Conference Carolinas, and Converse University regulations.Team Management -
