The Assistant Medical Director - CBHC is responsible for the clinical and medical oversight as well as the quality of care across all components of the Community Behavioral Health Center within Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services (BILH BS). Oversees medical operations and clinical activities across all the components of the CBHC including the Ambulatory Clinic, Urgent Care, Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) and Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) services. This includes and is not limited to professional support to medical and clinical staff, patient care, quality assurance, clinical leadership and leadership regarding policies, laws, and regulations. This key position represents BILH BS at meetings related to the CBHC, including meetings with MassHealth, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and other stakeholders. Under the supervision of the Ambulatory Medical Director, the Assistant Medical Director implements key strategic changes, partnering with other leaders at the CBHC.

Pay Range:
$350,000.00 USD - $370,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
