We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Marketing Manager who is ready to grow their career in marketing, leadership, client relations, and business development. This role offers hands-on experience, paid training, professional development, and opportunities for advancement.
What You'll Do
- Support marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives
- Help manage daily campaign activities and performance goals
- Build relationships with nonprofit partners, clients, and community members
- Train and support entry-level team members
- Track campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist with events, promotional activities, and community engagement
- Work with leadership to improve campaign performance
- Participate in leadership and management training
