Ziggy’s Pizza & Sandwich Shop is looking for an experienced, dependable Assistant Manager to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who is confident taking the lead, making day-to-day decisions, and keeping the store running smoothly while providing great customer service.

Responsibilities Include:
• Overseeing employees and operations during scheduled shifts
• Leading, directing & holding team members accountable
• Handling customer service issues professionally
• Cash handling & daily store responsibilities
• Making day-to-day operational decisions independently
• Assisting the Store Manager with inventory & store needs
• Maintaining communication with the Store Manager, Owner & Upper Management
• Helping ensure Ziggy’s standards for service, cleanliness, food quality & productivity are met
• Being willing to jump in and work alongside the team wherever needed

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
Dependable & responsible
A strong communicator
Comfortable leading a team
Able to problem-solve and make decisions independently
Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experienced in restaurant, food service, or management preferred

Competitive pay based on experience

Flexible schedule

Up to 40 hours per week if desired

Position available immediately
