The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading and developing team members, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position helps drive sales, control labor and food costs, maintain food safety and quality standards, and ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager with daily store operations and shift management.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop team members.
• Ensure consistent food quality, product preparation, and customer service.
• Monitor labor costs, food costs, waste, and overall store performance.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and proper opening and closing procedures.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Hold team members accountable for performance and operational standards.
• Help achieve sales goals and improve restaurant profitability.
• Step in and lead the restaurant in the General Manager’s absence.
