Section 1: Job Responsibilities
- Assist the store manager in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant
- Supervise and train staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels
- Oversee food preparation and maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
