Assistant Manager

This isn’t a sit-in-the-office management position. You’ll be on the floor, working alongside your team, solving problems, coaching employees, and helping keep the restaurant running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and other members of the management team to:

• Lead and motivate the team during busy shifts
• Help oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve guest concerns
• Coach, train, and develop team members
• Help maintain proper staffing and shift coverage
• Assist with scheduling and labor management
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees
• Hold employees accountable to company policies and expectations
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Handle cash management and opening/closing responsibilities
• Step in wherever needed to keep the restaurant running at its best
• Help create a positive, respectful, and FUN place to work

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience
• Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to lead by example and hold a team accountable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Dependable, organized, and able to make decisions on the fly
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Someone who wants to grow—not just punch a clock
