Robeks is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, develop team members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll work directly with a multi-unit owner who actively invests in their team and promotes from within, creating real opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily store operations and ensure smooth shift execution
• Help lead, coach, and motivate team members
• Delegate tasks and maintain accountability across shifts
• Uphold company standards for service, cleanliness, and product quality
• Address issues quickly and professionally
• Partner with the Owner-Operator on team development and store performance

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous leadership experience (shift lead, key holder, or assistant manager preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coach team members and provide constructive feedback
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Basic computer and math skills
• Reliable and dependable with leadership mindset
