Assistant Manager – Universal City, CA

Role Summary:
Manage digital content servicing and delivery for Feature Film/TV promotional materials to worldwide EST, VOD, and Premium VOD clients. Ensure assets are ordered, tracked, and delivered accurately and on time per contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate high-volume digital content deliveries with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
- Track assets, delivery requirements, purchase orders, inventory, and invoicing information.
- Investigate and resolve material rejections/delivery issues; communicate status and impact to clients.
- Partner with Sales, Product Management, Artwork/Metadata, and other teams to support launches and troubleshoot issues.
- Respond to client inquiries and manage client portals for tracking/problem resolution.
- Assist with metadata and artwork delivery.
- Prioritize multiple projects, meet strict deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
Required/Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Film/TV Distribution, Digital Content, or Operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital content delivery, encoding formats, videotape, and electronic delivery methods.
- Advanced Excel skills: VBA/Macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, and databases.
- Experience with New Media such as online sales/rentals, game consoles, and subscription services.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, self-directed, and comfortable working under strict deadlines.
- Leadership ability and experience coordinating/motivating teams.
- Familiarity with component-based workflows is a plus.
