Jersey Mike"s Subs is coming to Tiffin, OH Fall 2026 and we are Now Hiring! We're seeking energetic, dedicated, and hardworking Managers (Assistant and General Managers) who are ready to lead, make an impact, and contribute to our positive and growing culture. If you love great food and great service we want to hear from you!

• Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
• Monthly Bonus Potential
• 45-hour work week
• 50-100 hours of PTO annually
• 6 paid holidays with time-and-a-half pay

Managers are responsible for the complete and total management of a Jersey Mike's store/operation, including:

• Store Sales
• Quality of Service
• Customer Satisfaction
• Profit Margin
• Create employee schedules
• Place inventory orders
• Responsible for staffing
• Lead employee training
• Lead by example

Specific tasks may be delegated to other individuals as appropriate, but ultimate responsibility rests with the General Manager

What We're Looking For:

• Knowledge of Labor and Food Cost management is required.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive, high-energy work environment.
