Assistant Manager

Join our team at Exxon as an Assistant Manager, where you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee store operations, train employees, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in serving delicious food.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, train, and coach Crew Members
• Direct and assign tasks to ensure operational standards are met
• Monitor employee compliance with policies and practices
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Adjust staffing levels, inventory, and food costs
• Conduct weekly inventory checks
• Assist in administrative tasks and document maintenance
• Promote a customer service mentality among the team
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve complaints
