Position OverviewThe Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition provides essential recruiting support to two Talent Acquisition Managers across LVMH Beauty North America. This role is primarily focused on sourcing candidate pipelining recruitment coordination and administrative excellence for both corporate and retailfield-based positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume fast-paced environment and brings strong organizational skills attention to detail and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & PipeliningProactively source and build talent pipelines for corporate and retailfield roles using LinkedIn SmartRecruiters LVMH Talent job boards and other channelsMaintain and continuously update candidate pipelines to support ongoing and anticipated hiring needsConduct initial outreach to passive candidates present qualified profiles to TA Managers for reviewSupport university relations to build early-career talent pipelinesRecruitment Coordination & SupportPartner closely with two TA Managers to support end-to-end recruitment across corporate and retailfield rolesCoordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managersPost and maintain job listings on LinkedIn the LVMH careers site and additional platforms as neededCollect and organize interview feedback facilitate debrief scheduling as neededDraft offer letters and support compensation validation in line with approved budgetsCandidate ExperienceServe as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process - from initial outreach through onboarding handoffEnsure all candidates receive timely communication and a positive brand experience consistent with LVMH and Maison employer branding standardsPartner with HR Generalists and Hiring Managers to ensure smooth onboarding for new hiresAdministration & ReportingMaintain data integrity across all ATS platforms SmartRecruiters LVMH Talent Excel trackers and HR databasesTrack onboarding milestones and flag any delays to TA ManagersCapture and report key recruitment metrics time to fill source of hire diverse slate trackingSupport quarterly and annual reporting needs assist with data collection for surveysEnsure compliance with LVMH legal guidelines and internal policies throughout the recruitment processInternal & External PartnershipsBuild collaborative relationships with Maison HR teams and LVMH HR colleagues across North AmericaRepresent LVMH Beauty at external events career fairs and university campuses as directed by TA ManagersSupport internal mobility tracking in coordination with TA Managers and HR GeneralistsReporting StructureReports to Manager Talent Acquisition x2Direct Reports None
