Assistant Manager - Supercuts Poulsbo

21555 Olhava Way NW, POULSBO, WA, 98370, US

Love your craft and want to grow into leadership? Our Poulsbo Supercuts is hiring an Assistant Manager to work hand in hand with our salon manager. You'll help lead a fun, talented team in a busy, full-service salon.

You don't need management experience. Our general management team loves to teach and will help you build skills that take your career further.

The perks

• Earn great wages, along with tips and commission. Effective hourly wage can be $26-$56/hour or more, which includes wages, tips, and commissions.
• Enjoy medical, dental, and vision-care benefits -- along with paid sick leave and vacation time -- so you can look and feel your best while developing your career.
• Walk into a steady flow of loyal clients on day one
• Learn leadership from your salon manager and our experienced team, with room to move up
• Stay sharp with paid trainings and nationally recognized education
• Do it all: quick cuts, complex color, and more
• Work for a 100% family-owned company where owners put stylists and clients first and every voice counts

Your day

You'll be behind the chair doing great hair and helping run the salon. That means backing up your manager, coaching newer stylists, making clients feel at home, and pitching in on daily operations, inventory, and goals. You'll also help keep the salon clean and compliant.

Bring with you

• An active cosmetology or barber license (or reciprocal)
• A passion for hair and creative styling
• A friendly, team-first personality
• Curiosity and the drive to grow

Take the next step. Apply today and grow with our Supercuts family in Poulsbo!
