Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production and direct team members efficiently
- Open and close the restaurant ensuring smooth operations
- Prepare inventory orders and set up cash tills accurately
- Make delicious pizzas and other food products maintaining quality standards
- Take customer orders over the phone and in person with enthusiasm
- Hire, train, and motivate employees to deliver excellent service
- Deliver orders when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive sales growth and expand customer base through excellent management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Preferred restaurant management experience
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a criminal background check
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work within a 15-mile radius of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for 8-hour shifts including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts
