Key Responsibilities
- Manage people deployment to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain high product quality and kitchen preparation standards
- Oversee service flow to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Utilize POS and Back Office systems efficiently
Qualifications
- Several years of experience managing in Fast Casual or Full Service restaurants
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Work Schedule
- 9-10 hour shifts, Monday through Saturday
- Closed Sundays
- Availability for day and night shifts
