The Assistant Manager is responsible for all operations of Smoothie King, including the following:
- Learn all franchise policies and ensure the store is following the policies
- Learn all franchise procedures for making smoothies and food, and lead the team daily on shifts
- Supervise all employees, including Team Members and Team Leaders
- Assist the store manager in the hiring and training of all employees
- Assist in pushing sales and labor goals
- Assist in creating employee schedules
- Assist in ordering food and supplies
- Wear an "owner's hat" when running the store
