Bricktown Brewery - Restaurant Manager (FOH) Summary Leads the Front of House team to deliver exceptional Guest experiences while supporting sales, profitability, and operational excellence. Partners with the General Manager to uphold Bricktown Brewery standards, ensure system adherence, and maintain a positive, high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily FOH operations and supervise hourly Team Members. • Ensure consistent execution of service standards, food and beer presentation, and sanitation/health code compliance. • Respond promptly to Guest concerns and ensure effective recovery. • Maintain building and equipment through proper vendor communication and basic maintenance tasks. • Support training programs, MIT development, and ongoing Team Member coaching. • Assist with scheduling, labor management, and adherence to budgeted targets. • Follow all cash-handling, safety, and security procedures. • Partner with GM on financial accuracy, invoice coding, cost control, and weekly operational goals. • Communicate Team Member updates and operational issues through meetings and digital manager logs. Qualifications • Minimum 1 year restaurant experience; management experience preferred. • Strong communication, Guest service, and coaching skills. • Ability to analyze financial information and manage labor/food costs. • Must be 21+ and able to meet physical demands of the role.
