FH Brunch Factory is a unique, factory-themed brunch restaurant built on high-quality food made with precision, energy and pride. Our guests come for signature dishes like shrimp & grits, short ribs and salmon croquettes, and they leave with an experience they want to share.
We re looking for an Assistant Manager to join our leadership team: someone who can keep the Factory running smoothly, lead a crew with confidence, and help us build what s next. If you re a natural leader who takes pride in a well-run shift, we want to meet you.

- Experience: Restaurant leadership (shift lead, supervisor or manager) is preferred
What You ll Do:
- Work side by side with our General Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Lead the front of the house and keep the team working together
- Take ownership of our growing catering program
- Help run private events and extended-hours bookings as we open the Factory for celebrations and gatherings
- Run the shift when the General Manager is off
- Support and coach the crew so everyone knows their role and does it well
- Help keep the operation efficient, organized and ready for every rush
