To assist with planning, directing, and managing the activities of the Product Strategy and Marketing team. Assist with driving member acquisition, retention, engagement, and growth strategies that support corporate objectives. Build strong collaborative relationships across Product Management, Analytics, Marketing, Portfolio & Pricing, Digital, Member Research, and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic recommendations, campaigns, and initiatives align with business goals and enterprise priorities.
Evaluate and adjust work quality, staff performance, team effectiveness, systems, processes, and procedures to meet departmental goals. Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, development, capacity planning and workload management, and quality oversight for Product Strategy & Marketing team members. Manage daily activities of professional employees and/or supervisors. Support senior management in developing and executing strategic plans. Act as Manager in the incumbent''s absence.
This role serves as the primary people leader for Product Strategy & Marketing team members and is responsible for coaching, talent development, quality oversight, workload management, and day-to-day team leadership. The role partners closely with the Manager, Product Strategy & Marketing, Senior Program Manager, and senior strategy leaders to support execution of the team''s strategic mandate. While the Assistant Manager is responsible for people leadership and strategist effectiveness, strategic program governance, operating cadence, dependency management, and strategic operations activities are led by the Senior Program Manager. Senior strategy leaders provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise across designated strategic focus areas and enterprise initiatives.
