Job Description Summary:
The Assistant Manager, Photo + Video oversees all stages of photo and video production—from planning and coordination to final delivery—across all KISS brands. This role supports creative and marketing objectives by ensuring shoots run smoothly, budgets stay on track, and deliverables meet brand standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this position helps translate creative vision into high-quality, impactful content that drives business goals.
Job Description:
Lead end-to-end production for all photo and video shoots across KISS brands, including scheduling, logistics, crew management, and on-set execution.
Manage production budgets and vendor payments, including negotiating rates, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and product teams to align shoot objectives with brand strategy and campaign goals.
Oversee asset delivery and post-production, ensuring all final files meet brand standards, timelines, and usage requirements.
Track and maintain model usage records, including approved media, usage terms, licensing periods, and expiration dates. Monitor upcoming expirations and coordinate renewals or notify teams to remove assets as needed to ensure compliance with usage agreements.
Support for our production asset management (EQ, props, wardrobe, etc.)

The anticipated compensation range is
22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
