Assistant Manager – The NOW Massage Pearl
Location: Seattle – PearlPosition: Full-Time Assistant ManagerBonus Opportunity:$500–$1,000 Monthly
The NOW Massage Pearl is looking for an experienced, sales-driven Assistant Manager who is organized, motivated, dependable, and ready to lead.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys developing a team, driving sales, creating an exceptional guest experience, and keeping a busy boutique organized and running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate the front desk team
- Drive membership, enhancement, retail, rebooking, and gift card sales
- Track daily KPIs and hold the team accountable to goals
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development
- Support scheduling and daily boutique operations
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and guest experience
- Handle guest concerns professionally and confidently
- Partner directly with the District Manager, Director of Operations, and Owner
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong sales background and highly motivated by goals and bonuses
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Proven ability to coach and hold a team accountable
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Dependable, professional, and able to lead by example
Compensation & Bonus
Competitive hourly compensation based on experience, plus the opportunity to earn an additional $500–$1,000 per month in performance-based bonuses.
