We re hiring an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager in Omaha to join a high-volume fast-food team. You ll work closely with the General Manager to drive sales, control labor, maintain food and service standards and develop a strong team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, making quick decisions, solving problems and helping the team succeed.

What You ll Do
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you ll play a key role in the daily success of the restaurant. You ll:

• 
  Partner with the General Manager to achieve sales, labor and profitability goals
  
• 
  Lead high-volume shifts while maintaining speed and efficiency
  
• 
  Oversee front counter, drive-thru, kitchen and dining operations
  
• 
  Coach, train, and develop team members
  
• 
  Hold employees accountable to performance, food quality and service standards
  
• 
  Help build a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused crew
  
• 
  Maintain fast, accurate order service and an excellent guest experience
  
• 
  Monitor food quality, cleanliness and restaurant safety standards
  
• 
  Make effective decisions during busy rushes and unexpected situations
  
• 
  Help manage inventory, product levels and daily restaurant needs
  
• 
  Assist with opening and closing procedures
  
• 
  Step up and run the restaurant in the General Manager s absence
  

What We re Looking For

• 
  Previous experience as a Shift Lead, Assistant Manager or similar restaurant leadership role
  
• 
  Fast-food, quick-service, or high-volume restaurant experience preferred
  
• 
  Strong leadership and team-building skills
  
• 
  Ability to confidently manage busy shifts and rush periods
  
• 
  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  
• 
  Hands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside your team
  
• 
  Ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable
  
• 
  Strong focus on speed, accuracy, food quality and customer service
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  
• 
  Availability to work evenings and weekends
  
• 
  Valid driver s license
  
• 
  Desire to learn, grow and take on greater leadership responsibilities
