The Role
Working alongside the Store Manager—and leading the team in their absence—you will help manage daily bakery operations, maximize store profitability, and build a positive shift culture.
Key Responsibilities: - Shift Leadership: Manage daily shifts, coordinate employee tasks, and keep the energy high.
- Team Building:Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new crew members.
- Operations:Roll up your sleeves to make dough and bake fresh pretzels from scratch alongside your team.
- Inventory & Sales: Maintain stock/inventory, monitor food waste, and drive the team toward daily performance goals.
Requirements - Management or supervisory experience in a retail, restaurant, or fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Open availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
