Culver’s of Mukwonago is looking for a dependable, team-focused Assistant Manager to own day-to-day operations, including: staffing, inventory, customer experience, and hitting service and cost targets.
Location note: This Culver’s restaurant is located 45 minutes southwest of downtown Milwaukee. Address:1090 N. Rochester St, Mukwonago, WI 53149
Pay: $22-25 an hour, based on experience and availability.
Schedule: Full-time, includes evenings, weekends, and holidays (except Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter!)
Responsibilities:
Build and manage staff schedules
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training for crew
Monitor food cost, labor cost, and speed-of-service targets
Ensure health, safety, and brand standards are met
Handle customer escalations and staff performance issues
What we're looking for:
2+ years of supervisory experience in food service
Comfortable with scheduling and basic P&L numbers
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification a plus
Must be 18 years old or older
