Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in delivering top-notch customer service and maintaining a neat, organized front-of-house environment.
• Assist in managing groomers, quality control, scheduling, and client records to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Help maintain retail inventory, order supplies, and maximize operational efficiency.
• Lead and motivate the team by assisting with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on safety and exceptional care for dogs.
• Support sales and marketing efforts, including social media management and community engagement.
• Promote The Dog Stop® memberships and daycare packages to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of retail and customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of employee management experience.
• 1+ year of professional dog care experience is required.
• Enterprising mindset with strong leadership values.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and basic computer skills.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends.
• References requested after initial interview.
