As an Assistant Manager, you'll play an important role in keeping the store running smoothly, supporting our team, and making sure both customers and vendors have a great experience. Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour
Typical Shifts: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with occasional 10:45 AM – 7:15 PM shifts


Peddler’s Mall is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team!

As an Assistant Manager, you'll play an important role in keeping the store running smoothly, supporting our team, and making sure both customers and vendors have a great experience.


What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  
  
• Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience.
  
  
• Building positive relationships with vendors and assisting with their questions and needs.
  
  
• Supporting the Store Manager with daily responsibilities and team coordination.
  
  
• Operating the cash register and accurately processing transactions.
  
  
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized store.
  
  
• Addressing customer and vendor concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  
  
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
  
  
• Leading by example and encouraging a positive, team-oriented workplace.
