THE ROLE:

Assistant Managers in training serve and support their GM by executing their initiatives, championing TEG's values, and coaching my team to uphold TEG standards through continuous, gracious pressure. They are a humble, teachable trainee who is eager to learn from and apply feedb ack from their GM and Region Leader.
REQUIREMENTS
Required to work at least 2 weekend shifts and 2 night shifts per week unless requested off in writing through email and TEG's timekeeping software at least two weeks in advance.
Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
