About the Role
GEP is looking for an HR Coordinator to join our US HR team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working across different areas of HR while taking ownership of getting things done.
You'll support our US employees and HR team across workforce coordination, HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, workforce reporting, immigration and compliance, and broader people initiatives. You'll work closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, global staffing teams, and our HR Centers of Excellence to help ensure day-to-day HR activities and larger initiatives are executed accurately and on time.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has built a strong foundation in HR and is ready to take on greater ownership, broaden their HR experience, and gain exposure across both our Software and Services businesses.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days on-site in GEP's Headquarters.
What You Will Do:
Support day-to-day HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, performance processes, leaves, transfers, and offboarding
Coordinate US consulting staffing activities, maintaining accurate tracking of employee allocations, availability, and workforce transitions
Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Staffing, Immigration, and other global teams to coordinate requests and ensure timely follow-through
Prepare and maintain workforce reporting across headcount, staffing, attrition, immigration, compliance, and other key HR metrics
Support employees with general HR questions and help ensure requests are addressed or routed to the appropriate team
Coordinate US immigration cases, documentation, and deadlines in partnership with our Immigration team and external counsel
Support HR projects and people initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, training, organizational changes, and process rollouts
Maintain accurate HR records, trackers, and documentation while supporting compliance activities and identifying opportunities to improve HR processes
What You Should Bring:
3+ HR experience, ideally within HR coordination, HR operations, HR generalist, or a similar role
Experience supporting employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, employee changes, performance processes, and offboarding
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with HR data, reporting, and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders at different levels
Ability to work across teams, regions, and time zones in a fast-paced environment
Good judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee information and sensitive matters
Exposure to shared services, HR Centers of Excellence, staffing, immigration, compliance, or HR projects is a plus
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Additional Compensation: Eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance.
Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with a 3% company match, paid time off, company holidays, and professional development opportunities.
