As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. Experience working in a unionized environment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Assist the General Manager in leading, motivate, and develop a team of dedicated restaurant staff, ensuring a positive work environment and exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing inventory, food quality, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards during your shift.
