Lead by example to deliver an exceptional client experience. Coach, motivate, and oversee the front desk team. Assist with employee scheduling, training, and performance. Help drive membership sales and achieve spa goals through coaching andleading the team. Resolve client concerns with professionalism and care. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment. Step into leadership responsibilities in the Spa Managers absence.What We Are Looking For Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred. Retail, hospitality, spa, fitness, or customer service leadership experience is aplus. Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable coaching others and holding a team accountable. Sales-minded with the ability to motivate others to achieve membership goals. Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
