About the Role:
Tim Love Restaurants is looking for several driven and enthusiastic Assistant Managers to join our growing company in Fort Worth, TX! This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll help guide daily operations and inspire a team to succeed. Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring business objectives are met
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and morale
• Monitor and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and workforce management
• Handle customer escalations and ensure a positive customer experience
• Track KPIs and operational metrics, reporting findings to senior management
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and make sound decisions under pressure
• Proficiency with basic business software and reporting tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus
• Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented mindset
