Responsibilities:

xe2x80xa2 Train and develop employees to meet and exceed performance expectations.
xe2x80xa2 Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
xe2x80xa2 Handle customer interactions and resolve any concerns promptly.
xe2x80xa2 Manage cash handling, bank deposits, and financial transactions.
xe2x80xa2 Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations.
xe2x80xa2 Step into leadership roles when the General Manager is unavailable.
Qualifications:
xe2x80xa2 At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
xe2x80xa2 A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (not public transit, as some bank deposits may be required).
xe2x80xa2 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
xe2x80xa2 Passion for creating a great workplace culture and delivering exceptional customer service.
