Reporting to Senior Manager, Mortgage Direct Sales, you are supposed to g enerate new businesses and revenues for the Bank by exceeding or meeting mortgage/SME loan acquisitions sales targets and b uild and maintain good customer relationship for up-sell and cross-sell.
Main Responsibilities:
Soliciting mortgage/SME opportunity through calling on both prospective and existing clients. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and cross-selling targets
Follow up with loan documentation & account opening documents and ensure smooth and speedy drawdown
Build up and retain customer relationship for cross-selling and referral opportunities
Effectively use referral agencies through maintaining good relationships
Provide market intelligence as input to product, credit underwriting and process improvements to PDMD and Retail Credit Department
Handle customer enquiries in a professional way to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Vigilant in handling customer data, regulatory and compliance requirements in the end-to-end process
Incumbent Requirements:
Secondary school graduate or above with 3 years experience in banking industry
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive , eager to learn and hard working
Customer oriented, self motivated, able to work under pressure to deliver targets
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
