Working side-by-side with the Deli Manager, you will blend culinary passion with operational leadership. Your mission is to engage and educate our guests on our premium products while fostering a high-energy, high-integrity team environment.Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Actively educate guests on deli products and provide legendary service that keeps the community coming back.Team Leadership: Support the management of up to 10 employees. You'll share responsibilities for scheduling and conducting annual performance evaluations.Safety & Compliance: Ensure the department strictly adheres to all health and food safety regulations.
