What You'll Do:

• Lead and run shifts smoothly to deliver outstanding food and guest service
• Coach and mentor team members to build a motivated, high-performing team
• Ensure compliance with all operational and food safety standards

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for the restaurant industry and strong leadership qualities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A genuine, friendly smile that welcomes every guest
• 1-2 years of restaurant experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
